We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications. As the first point of contact for issues and requests, you will support business-critical systems, collaborate with end-users and vendors, and contribute to the successful adoption of new applications.

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing support, analysis, and development for business systems and applications (e.g., ERP).
• Acting as the bridge between end-users and software vendors, ensuring optimal system performance and resolution of issues.
• Overseeing the installation and configuration of systems performed by vendors, ensuring timely and efficient implementation.
• Conducting end-to-end and acceptance testing to verify that applications function as expected.
• Training end-users to enhance adoption and effective utilization of business applications.
• Preparing reports and dashboards to support business continuity and provide management insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application support, business analysis, ERP implementation, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++/C#, VB, Python, PHP). Knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (preferably MS SQL Server) and Structured Query Languages (preferably T-SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Process Automation Tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath) is not required but would be beneficial.
