The Strategic Maritime assistant performs a range of advanced duties and support under limited supervision. Manages concurrent assignments with competing priorities and applies independent judgment in carrying out duties within practices and procedures. The position has controlling and filtering role for all the tasks of the manager, ensuring the integrity, accuracy and high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a bridge for an excellent communication and collaboration internally and externally with maritime clients.
• Inform, update and support the manager on processes, guidelines and services that are specific to the maritime digital transformation.
• Coordinate and supervise short-term wide projects ensuring close follow up and implementation
• Have organizing capabilities, demonstrates team spirit and customer-oriented mindset.
• Plan and be accountable for manager’s external engagements with key external and internal stakeholders
• Act as office responsibilities liaison between local organization and partners.
• Responsible for the independent delivery of profound services including managing an active calendar of cross-functional appointments; planning and coordinating onsite and offsite management meetings; completes reports and monitors approval flows where necessary .

Job Requirements:

• University/or College bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or similar discipline
• Master will be considered an asset
• 3+ years of administrative experience at the senior executive level
• High level knowledge of the maritime sector and passionate about maritime digital transformation
• Proven ability to effectively support projects/processes and collaborate within and across cross-functional matrixed environment.
• Excellent communication skills, Digital savvy, and problem-solving attitude
• Fluent in English language
